Incident Coordinator Job Summary The Incident Coordinator facilitates the flow of information between parties participating in the handling of cybersecurity incidents impacting Baxter. This position involves critical duties and responsibilities that must continue to be performed during crisis situations, which may necessitate extended hours of work.
Duties and Responsibilities ● Responsible for working in a Security Operation Center (SOC) environment ● Liaison between IR analysts, various IT teams, and other affected business units ● Coordination and communication with law enforcement and non-client abuse contacts ● Assemble relevant reporting and structured communications ● Project management activities in support of various SOC projects ● Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated experience and knowledge (strong knowledge and the legal/regulatory requirements around incident handling) ● Passing knowledge of various security methodologies and processes, and technical security solutions (firewall and intrusion detection systems) ● Passing knowledge of TCP/IP Protocols, network analysis, and network/security applications ● Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively ● Strong attention to detail ● Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Excellent customer service skills ● Excellent in Microsoft Office Applications -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
