· At least 3-5 years of experience in Identity & Access Governance
domain
· Good experience in preparing High level Requirements document,
functional and non-functional document, and Business requirement document
· Very good analytical and communication skills
· IBM Business analyst for Identity Governance & Intelligence (IGI)
· The person must have worked most recently on the above product.
· Must be able to interact with client's business executives and
technical team to deploy IGI Solution
· The candidate would essentially have 5+ years of IAM experience in
a Business Analyst/Requirements Gathering role.
· Reviews, drafts, and outlines business requirements that are
relevant for onboarding applications to an Identity Management solution.
· Should be familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodology
· Assists in the development and documentation of business
requirements and/or business solutions to solve problems and issues related
to business operations
· Ensures project dependencies are clearly defined, documented and
communicated appropriately in terms of the time required to complete.
*Must-have*
· Extensive, in-depth and proven experience in project management
and people management
· Significant knowledge in Identity and Access Governance domain and
how integration takes place
· Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and influencing
skills
· Proficient speaking and presentation skills
· Experienced at prioritizing and looking at the big picture (key
problem to be solved), without becoming caught up in details
· Open minded and empathetic (with customers and users)
· Ability to work in fast paced environments
· Ability to prioritize and to move work forward, while juggling
(daily) urgent requests
*Good-to-have:*
· Preferred understanding of Aveksa, CA IM and centrify Solution
*Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role*
· The Candidate is responsible to work closely with Business and
Development teams in Identity & Access Management (IBM ISIM, IGI) domain,
gathering requirements, analysis and review with Development team.
· As a Product Owner, expertise in writing Stories (requirements) in
JIRA Product Backlog follow rules, such as INVEST (Independent, Negotiable,
Valuable, Estimable, Small, Testable)
· Should be able to run Scrum Ceremonies and help remove impediments
in Sprint cycles
· Responsible for functional validation as per Acceptance Criteria
· Reviews, drafts, and outlines business requirements that impact
strategic initiatives and/or business unit objectives.
· Should be familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodology
· Assists in the development and documentation of business
requirements and/or business solutions to solve problems and issues related
to business operations.
· Examines various data sources and applies consistent approaches to
data interpretation and performance measurement results.
· In coordination with business partners and users, assists to
ensure that critical strategic decisions are vetted and well thought out
prior to implementation.
· Ensures project dependencies are clearly defined, documented and
communicated appropriately in terms of time required to complete.
· May liaise with the business, development team and technology on
certain projects. Assists in the planning and implementing of Projects and
Strategic initiatives of the Business Line Unit/Operations.
