- Willing to now accept candidates with less than 2 years experience.
Willing to accept candidates with certifications and 6 month experience
- Addteq has Clients in NJ, NY, CT, NC, and DC - Client base is:
Financial, technical and healthcare domains
- Lots of different clients: companies that are migrating to JIRA-
ticketing and support
- Will work onsite with a client in DC *so must be ok with travel*
- This person can EITHER: Be Local to DC and work at client OR local to
Princeton and travel to DC - NO REMOTE WORK AT ALL FOR THIS COMPANY
- They take care of ALL expenses – hotel, travel etc if they travel to
the client sites.
- Overall technical environment is Linux and Java
- This role will provide the onsite support for their clients – This
person will sit onsite with clients and in Princeton
- Frontend work with JIRA
- Supporting tickets from all clients – first line of support – clients
will call customer support and reach this person – send in the issues and
this person will assist
- Example of issues are:
- someone new joined a company, and they need to onboard – this
person will set up that person’s account, create the work flow, group
permissioning and access within JIRA
- Ex: finance team reaches out and wants new permissions in the tool
– this person will grant access
- Ex: JIRA has crashed and need it rebooted
- DevOps

- JIRA

Our client is seeking a JIRA Administrator with the ability to perform
day-to-day management and administration. This candidate must have the
ability to travel to clients to optimize their JIRA setup and workflows
while effectively communicating meaningful results to business leadership
and end users.
The candidate must exhibit excellent problem-solving, project management,
and reporting skills with a passion for solving large-scale data problems
and quickly learning emerging technologies. The candidate should also
demonstrate the ability to deliver projects independently, while positively
collaborating with end users.
