Experience with IBM DataStage 6+ yrs. experience with DB2 - Collection of requirements; analysis of the raw data; participation in creation of the logical design; work with DBAs on the physical design, code of the ETL process. - Experience with DataStage Migration. - Ability to work effectively with business users and client to understand and resolve the issues - Proficiency in coding moderate to complex SQL logic as part of data extraction processed. - Should have in-depth knowledge on DataStage Architecture. - Troubleshoot applications problems independently - Ability to develop, test and debug ETL programs and resolve ETL job issues. - Experience with shell scripting. - Support/tuning DB2 databases and application code.
