Location: Tampa, FL.

Job Description
The successful candidate will
§ Closely work with the Product development teams, understand the product
architecture,
deployment steps and connectivity with external systems
§ Coordinate with the clients/implementation/technology teams for new
releases
§ Creation of Release Documentation including Release Notes, Release
Instructions,
updates to Operations, Specifications, and other Technical
documentation as required
§ Analyze and debug issues reported during environment setup
§ Support User Acceptance Testing including reviewing, analyzing, documenting
and fixing reported issues
§ Support issues reported by Level 3 production support including
investigating
code, test data, fixing reported issues and related items as
needed
Qualifications
§ 9+ years of overall IT experience
§ Work experience in Java, Spring/Google Guice, Groovy, Oracle, Pl/SQL
§ Good understanding/exposure to Hadoop/big data technologies is more
preferable
§ Exposure to UI technologies such as ExtJS/Angular is added advantage but not
mandatory
