- Responsible for Building CI/CD Pipeline for all the components which include Database, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> Applications, Informatica, ETL, Automatic, Neuron ESB, Kofax. - Responsible for building CD pipelines to different environments and on-demand basis need to deploy Contexts into environments. - Responsible for troubleshooting the issues across all the environments(8) and supporting the teams in resolving them. - Responsible for migrating the code from on-premises to VSTS using new features of TFS Build System and Saltstack for deployment. *Toolkit:* - TFS(2015) & Release Management (2013 Console Application) – CI/CD Pipeline - Saltstack – Deployment - Vagrant – To Build Local machines for teams & Dev’s - Powershell --- to enhance the deployment & Build features. - Kubernetes - Azure ============================================================ *Position: Devops EngineerLocation: Boston, MADuration: 6+ Month* *Interview Mode: Phone and Face 2 Face* *Overview* - The client is in the process of standing up a new component of their system that will follow microservices architecture. They are exploring to what degree they want to take it so not a lot of decisions made yet. They are very interested in standing up a DevOps capability to help with CI/CD. They have picked no platforms yet but know they want to have it be part of their initial effort in this space. - - They would like an experienced engineer who could help them design and implement a solution. I would expect the approach to be somewhat fluid and that this person could provide recommendations for various technology choices to support their approach as they flush it out.
