*Position Title: Documents Management BA*
1. *Scope of Position:*
Insurance Management Consulting is looking for an experienced Consultant to
take a BA role within one of our major Insurance accounts. The scope of
this role will be to work with client stakeholders, lead consultants and
other BAs to help successfully deliver solutions through effective Business
Analysis. This role is for a BA position with the Documents Management team
within an end-to-end insurance solution project. Previous experience with
documents management system projects and tools like Thunderhead/Filenet
will be a big plus.
1. *Responsibilities:*
- Interact with client business team for requirements gathering for
Documents Management Workstream
- Conducting requirements workshops, documenting requirements.
- Creating mock-ups, mapping documents and functional specifications,
getting them signed-off from client.
- Modify/Maintain all the requirement documents for any changes/updates
needed on a continuous basis
- Perform data gathering and analysis
- Perform business requirements prioritization analysis
- Act as a liaison between the business and IT design and delivery teams
- Ensure requirements are met and verify that implemented solutions meet
requirements
- Working with technical team(developers/testers) for requirements
knowledge transfer. Supporting team throughout the build and testing phase
till release of the application
- Perform functional testing and UAT testing support
- Co-ordinating between cross workstreams and cross-geographic teams
*III. Experience and Skills Requirements:*
- Experienced Business Analyst with 3-7 years of experience
- Experience of working on one or more document management system
projects and tools like Thunderhead/Filenet
- Experience with solutions in one or more Insurance value stream
processes preferred
- Experience in transformational programs a plus
- Experience in execution of requirements development and SDLC projects
- Experience solving complex business problems and working across
multiple workstreams
- Experience in projects with variable staffing, onsite/offshore
execution and distributed teams
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly learn new businesses and complex processes
- Ability to work from objectives with minimal guidance or supervision
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
*Education:*
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and equivalent work experience
*Required : Technical Writer / Education – With Cloud Experience - CT,
USA. *
- 5-10+ years’ experience.
- Help with developing documentation for education, organizing
information on Confluence.
- Developing Education Programs.
*Responsibilities:*
Build a Cloud foundation layer for a multiplatform cloud strategy
Document procedures and create user guides and training material for the
cloud initiative
Good understanding of SDLC, writing skills, learning new products ,
concepts & translating them into content. Well versed with authoring tools
