Deliverables Provide development, operations and maintenance support for Perception QuestionMark and the integration with PeopleSoft Enterprise Leaning Management System to support Training and Operational Assessment testing needs. Assist team members to troubleshoot functional or business process issues and resolve defects related to Training modules/servers. Assist IT staff members to create Virtual Machine (VM) servers. Collaborate with IT staff to covert Training related applications to newest versions to support WMATA¿s business processes. Supplemental Duties and Minimum Requirements Thorough understanding of Perception QuestionMark software application to create and provide operational and maintenance support for Computer Based Training (CBT). Experience creating, implementing and supporting Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and Aviation Industry CBT Committee (AICC) Learning content formats. Support IT staff to resolve pending issues to ensure CBTs can be launched from within Enterprise Learning Management system with no adverse impacts to the end users. Work with other functional analysts and developers to determine the best technical approach to problem solving. Learn new functionality and features of CBT software and Enterprise Learning Management system as new versions are released and educate the user community. Ability to prepare requirements documents and report mockups and develop training materials. Minimum Five (5) years of CBT creating and Learning software and functional experience that includes product configuration, requirements gathering, and the developing of training materials. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Excellent written and communication skills. 3.3.6. PeopleSoft Functional Analyst 3.3.6.1. Responsibilities 3.3.6.1.1. Troubleshoot functional or business process issues related to specific or designated modules within the PeopleSoft ERP 3.3.6.1.2. Translate product/module configuration to respective PeopleSoft users, IT staff and IT Management 3.3.6.1.3. Configure or reconfigure PeopleSoft for implementation purposes or to support WMATA’s business processes 3.3.6.1.4. Develop complex queries for reporting purposes 3.3.6.1.5. Create functional design diagrams and present proposed solutions in the form of design reviews 3.3.6.1.6. Work with other functional analysts and developers to determine the best technical approach. Learn new functionality and features of PeopleSoft as new versions are released and educate the user community 3.3.6.1.7. Prepare requirements documents and report mockups 3.3.6.1.8. Develop training materials 3.3.6.2. Minimum Requirements 3.3.6.2.1. Five (5) years of PeopleSoft functional experience that includes product configuration, requirements gathering, and the developing of training materials 3.3.6.2.2. Bachelor's degree. Education requirements may be substituted with three (3) years of additional applicable experience 3.3.6.3. Experience Levels 3.3.6.3.1.
