*JD:*
Prepare detailed requirements elicitation plan for all retirement plan life
cycle capabilities
· Own key capabilities, analyze the current rules and functionalities
supported for these capabilities and research current regulations to
identify gaps, if any
· Discuss any regulatory deviations identified in the process or system
with compliance and operations heads and come up with an approach to fix
the same.
· Successfully implemented Day 1 functionalities on the new recordkeeping
system for service crediting, fund transfers, recordkeeping fees,
distributions and loan.
· Conduct stakeholder analysis, requirements elicitation through Joint
Application Requirement (JARs) sessions and requirement analysis.
· Document the requirements through Business and Functional requirements
documents in interest, BPMs, Use Cases, data dictionary and traceability
matrix
· Manage cross program dependencies across several tracks for the entire
program
