The position’s essential duties include the following:
• Support critical business functions through the development,
implementation, and maintenance of applications and systems;
• Contribute software development expertise to multiple
projects and ensure that specifications are met;
• Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document software
applications;
• Follow established software development standards and
procedures and contribute towards their improvement;
• Develop complex application features and create technical
designs;
• Participate in peer code and design reviews;
• Experienced with a wide range of technologies;
• Coordinate with departments and users in the support of
business applications.
• Represent the IT department in terms of software development
expertise in coordination with other departments;

• JEE, EJB 3+, Hibernate 3+, JMS, JSF, JBoss 4+
• Oracle 10g+; RDBMS concepts
• Application Development/Software Engineering/Design Patterns
• Web application development
• Object oriented design and architecture
• Technical Documentation.
