* Ling term* *$55/hr on c2c* Here is the job description of this BA/Scrum Master role: - This Scrum Master will handle 2 or 3 Dev Teams operating using Scrum Methodology. - Must be a Servant Leader that is able to coach teams to continuously improve the process - Must work from the Overland Park, KS Sprint campus on a daily basis and promote face-to-face interaction wherever possible. - The Scrum Master ensures that the work is groomed for execution and facilitates the team’s work to ensure that requirements are delivered per plans. - The Scrum Master will serve as the key communicator and communication facilitator between the scrum teams, management, and the program managers. - Needs to have an Agile Mindset. Focused on coaching the team to continuously grow and improve. - Ability to support teams that are operated around the world, which often means stand ups are early morning (~8:00 am or so). - Past experience as a Scrum Master is a must Preferred Skills: • Experience with CA Agile Central is preferred. • Experience with SFDC team is nice to have. • Scrum Certifications are a plus - CSM, SAFe SSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe SA • Technical background.
