Longterm contarct Rate: $65/HR Needs to have extraordinary communication skills Looking for a Senior Developer who can act as a Lead for onshore and offshore Developers. Must knows Salesforce front and back. Ability to do code reviews. Can Architect solutions (doesn't have to be an actual Architect but must have this ability). And good development experience...don't want to see someone stronger in Testing, but need custom development skills. Ideally has experience in Sales, Marketing, AND Service Cloud (they are using lots of Service Cloud). Marketing is more rare so they'd look at candidates who don't have on the job experience here. Would like someone who has at least touched it in spare time such as using it in the Salesforce community.
