*Position: Jr. Infra Project Manager/Co-Ordinator* *Location: **German town**, MD*
*Duration: 6+ Months / Full time * *Job Description: * - Must have hands-on experience on any one of the technologies amongst AD/Exchange/Windows/VMware/Linux for at least 4-5 years. - Must have implemented transformation project in coordination with other technical towers like Network, Security, Storage, DBA, etc - Must have experience in running a program in moving on-prem workloads to AWS. - Must be proficient in AWS services and should have been AWS certified. - Manage Operations spanning across onsite and offshore - Experience as a team lead for at least 4-5 years. - Should have managed an engagement end-to-end for at least 4-5 years - Should have been a SPOC for the customer at onsite for all operational issues - Must have experience in conducting Audits and helping the Audit teams with the relevant data for industry-standard certifications like ISO, PCI, etc - Versatile on contract management and documentation thereof like drafting SOW and commercials - Responsible for the P&L for the engagement and manage margins effectively - Ability to work with the offshore team to deliver services to the customers - Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases - Able to guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively - Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration - Identify new business opportunities at the customer location - Experience in conducting DR events regularly - Coordinating and organizing events and workshops - Experience in generating reports using raw data and creation of PPT to be presented to the higher leadership team - Push the team to provide value adds as a part of the service - Run operations under the ITIL framework - Should be at least ITIL V3 Foundation certified - Ensuring projects meet deadlines - Designing risk mitigation plan - Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements - Help the team create RCA and implement the action items accordingly - Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies; - Process knowledge on Incident Management & Change management - Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end - Managing stakeholders’ communication - Should be aware of scripting techniques and how to use it for automation *Additionally, he should possess high levels of the below skills to perform well in the role:* - Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques. - Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures, and various compatibility requirements. - Written and verbal communication skills - Capacity to manage high-stress situations - Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously - Technical certifications where he had hands-on experience -- -- *Thanks & Regards,* *Veer Partap* *IT Recruiter* *Direct: 732-645-1917* *veerpartaphmgamer...@gmail.com <veerpar...@hmgamerica.com>* *www.hmgamerica.com <http://www.hmgamerica.com/>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
