Then propose any redesign necessary and lead the engineering efforts. - Automating roll outs of a call center - Helping to define the future architecture of the voice environment (potentially UCCE, person does not have to have exp with UCCE but it will be a plus) - Help current voice engineer throughout the process; they don’t want someone to come in and do everything and leave with no knowledge transfer - Clean up of current UCCX environment Current Project in addition to the above responsibilities: - CLIENT IS going to be converting their NTW warehouses to call centers (NTW is a brand under the parent company umbrella) - Example: Customer calls an agent and needs to purchase tires; Agent then opens order with warehouse employee and tires are shipped out ASAP - Right now they are running this as a POC to roll out call center agents at these locations *Job Summary:* The Network Engineer III – Voice, assists senior personnel in maintaining the corporate-wide telecommunications environments while owning all Voice related activities. *Duties/Responsibilities: * - Under general direction, evaluates, designs highly technical and complex aspects of data and voice telecommunication systems.
