Job details mentioned below: Position: Solution Architect Location: Glen Burnie, MD / Hanover, MD Duration: 12+ months Client: Direct Client Scope of Work : * Architect Strategize and plan Salesforce, Azure, AWS, Google application development, Database Management, Data Integration. * Perform gap analysis of the current solutions developments environment and recommend designs and configurations to meet current and future needs. * Propose solutions and methods for migrating existing non-Salesforce legacy systems to Salesforce or Azure / AWS / GCP Cloud Solutions. * Architect / Integrate Salesforce with the agency's web presence and applications * Architect / Integrate .Net / Java applications with the agency's web presence and collaboration applications * Architecting and Creating seamless external and internal experiences and processes. * Remain abreast of Information Technology and Digital transformation enhancements and developments that are relevant to Client’s environment and business objectives. * Contribute and Document solution designs based on functional and technical requirements. * Architect, Design and implement customer communities and external-facing applications on premises or using transformational cloud technologies. * Design data sharing and reporting across applications and multiple data sources. * Work with Enterprise Solutions Development teams, Quality Control Teams, Project Management and technical employees on complex Solutions designs or issues encountered. * Contribute to One Client’s Enterprise Software Solutions Architecture efforts, IT Transformation and Digital Modernization, Legacy application modernization efforts * Highly technology focused with Experience ensuring technical integrity and the consistency of Enterprise Solutions at each stage of its lifecycle. * Act as a trusted Technical Architect and Advisor to Client, leading the solution design and implementation for complex systems and platforms. Lead the design, development, and DevOps work streams on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Lead the design of innovative enterprise solutions, working closely with Software Engineers, QA, Product Managers and other stakeholders to get high-quality products and features through the agile software project lifecycle. Provide hands-on software development and project management, cross functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to ensure program success and delivery throughput. * Identify and scope projects, lead execution of complex technical engagements, and collaborate with program leads and key client stakeholders to delivery outstanding solution implementations * Manage project and release schedules, monitoring possible issues, identifying mitigations and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. Identify technology risks and innovation opportunities and lead teams in building practical solutions to address them while maintaining the release schedule and cadence. * Create and deliver recommended solutions and approaches, foundational capabilities and building blocks (with sample code) to accelerate and improve delivery capabilities. Communicate these solutions with a proven ability to tailor your messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Experience: * At least Ten (10) years of Enterprise Solutions development / Architecture experience multi-tier on prem and hybrid cloud solutions, with minimum 3 years architecting Cloud Solutions (SaaS & PaaS) using AWS/Azure/Salesforce Clouds * Expert hands-on softwtare development experience using Salesforce Lightning Framework, Visual Force, APEX code, Java EE, Java script, .NET, HTML 5, CSS * Expert hands-on experience with PaaS, DaaS, DevOps, Database integrations, Dynamic Website & SharePoint Online Services * Experience architecting solutions on AWS, Azure, SalesForce & Google Cloud Platform is a plus * Architecting data schema and modeling experience with Oracle, Microsoft and Amazon Arora is a plus * Prior experience Architecting, designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive on premises and Cloud security management model * Prior data integration and architecture experience using ETL tools, Application Security Architecture, Compliance implementation is a plus. * Passion for Agile solutions development and architecture mind set to provide ultimate user experience is a plus * Experience building and deploying production-grade applications in either physical or virtualized environments such as Amazon Web Services, Azure or Google Cloud Platform. * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an approachable way for broad audiences. Clear ability to effectively translate technical information to business-focused stakeholders, along with ability to convey complex technical concepts in an approachable, understandable way. * Experience leading large sized teams and technology engagements. Proven ability to lead multiple technical programs simultaneously, setting priorities for architecture and engineering, leading cross functional teams, and ensuring success metrics are informing future efforts. * Capable of independently applying a wide set of engineering disciplines for planning, design, analysis, coding, testing, roll-out and support of information systems architectures. * Responsible for, or assists in, the designing of interface standards, quality assurance standards, performance standards, and cost-benefit analysis of modem state-of-the art information systems. * Ability to analyze available technologies and makes recommendations of technologies to use and how best to use them. * Demonstrated experience across a broad range of digital technologies and platforms Desired Skills: * MCSD, Java EE Architect, Azure Architect, AWS Architect, GCP Architect or SalesForce relevant Certifications to the Role * Deep understanding of component-based software development, automation, data integration and Enterprise solutions development using on premises / cloud solutions * Familiarity with standard IT security practices such as encryption, certificates and key management * Familiarity with Enterprise Services Disaster recovery & Data Archival Architectures and Solutions.
