We have an urgent requirement. Role: Business Analyst Lead *Location: **Minneapolis, MN* * Duration: Long term* *Job Description:* Sample Tasks · Provide business process design, requirements, and functional specs for the respective PeopleSoft HCM and ELM modules, including driving all BA related project tasks, objectives and milestones. · Guide and direct functionality decisions related to the MMB business processes. · Track, escalate and document project risks, issues, decisions and changes to scope · Provide input and research into project recommendations and decisions · Perform configuration and security analysis and documentation, especially as it relates to PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM and ELM related functionality · Help guide test preparation including test scenario and test script review and creation · Help guide interface review and analysis and create documentation on recommendations · Take lead for testing execution for the various test cycles · Create, document and track issues and resolution · Create input for communication and change management · Provide detailed analysis and input to training material · Provide input and review of complex system modifications · Complete functional specification documentation per standards · Review and analyze PeopleSoft security roles and permissions and document any changes and/or recommendations · Review and analyze PeopleSoft batch process schedule and dependencies using AppWorx or another batch scheduling tool and document any changes and/or recommendations · Review and analyze PeopleSoft workflow and document any changes and/or recommendations · Provide knowledge transfer to State staff · Perform other related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications · 6 years combined experience in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) business analyst roles; · 2 years experience with People Tools 8.54 or higher; · 2 years combined experience in full lifecycle upgrades or implementations of PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher; · Ability to work on-site 5 days per week, Monday through Friday. Desired Skills · Experience with PeopleSoft v9.2 project(s) deployed on People Tools 8.57 in a public sector environment (Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education); · Experience with Fluid User Interface / Branding; · Experience with PeopleSoft Interaction Hub (Portal); · Experience in full lifecycle upgrades/implementations of PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher in a public sector environment (Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education); · Experience working with data warehouse solutions including PeopleSoft EPM and Oracle OBIEE; · Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 (Level AA) and Section 508 (Subparts A-D) in a public sector environment (Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education).
