   - Align business requirements with Salesforce functional capabilities
   and limitations. Accordingly creates and socializes high level design and
   user stories with the business
   - Certs: Salesforce Admin (preferred: Sales, Service and Marketing
   Clouds)
   - Able to perform Techno functional work based on the business
   requirement

*Nice to Have Skills:*

   - Lightning, Field Service, Visualforce, Apex experience is a plus
   - Data management capabilities.
   - Agile experience a plus


*Role Responsibilities:*

   - Analyzes business requirements and develop system requirements
   - Conducts the design validation sessions and help develop the overall
   solution
   - Demonstrates out-of-the-box functionality and leading practices
   - Support Clients Salesforce Application and resolves incidents as they
   arise
   - Able to work on minor enhancements and break fixes
   - Able to guide offshore team to work on incidents and enhancements
