I agree, i think the photo was possibly staged.  If you look at the photo of 
the group on the back of the insert - the one of the group seated facing the 
audience with their backs to the camera, Andrea and Caroline are in different 
seats from the front cover of the CD book.  Could it possibly be that Andrea 
and Caroline switched seats when Sharon and Caroline sang No Frontiers 
together?  I havent seen the show yet, but im just guessing.  Probably 
over-analyzing this a bit.
