I have a comment about this part: CURRENT: draft-mattsson-cose-cbor-cert-compress is expected to be a good starting point Given that draft-mattsson-cose-cbor-cert-compress was replaced since 2021 by draft-ietf-cose-cbor-encoded-cert (which is now in its -15!), I suggest to delete that sentence. Anyway, there is already a milestone for that work covered by the charter update: Nov 2025 A CBOR encoding of the certificate profile to the IESG draft-ietf-cose-cbor-encoded-cert Thank you.
