*The vision does not see the light, but, instead, the object in the light.
The vision is a relation with "some thing" occurred within a relation with
that which is not "some thing". We are in the light in the measure that we
find the "thing" in the light. The light makes emerge the "thing", from an
opening or a proto-originating non-point.*

Angels blowing trumpets are in the upper portion of the canvas. The strong
black line crossing from right to left is a representation of the blowing of
the trumpets. Above this line, the towers of a walled-in city are visible.
Below the line, the thin application of paint produces a luminescence that
affects our perception of space in that portion of the canvas, conveying the
idea of infinity which gives the sense of the rising of the dead.
