Hi Verity, Hi from another Kiwi! Do you have any Laughlin DNA matches for your Mum? My ancestors Rachel Laughlin and Joseph Ballantine married at this church in 1832 but I think Joseph was from Badoney Upper which may be closer to Plumbridge? Margaret Laughlin married Charles McFarland in the same church in 1821. I have DNA matches to their McFarland descendants also here in NZ. Can I email you direct to compare?
