The people on the list contribute to funds as a reward for catching the person who shot this soldier? Did this happen often that members of the public contributed? Did the chances of anyone being pursued or found guilty rely on this money being given towards justice? When did it start or how did it come about? Sorry for the questions, I am just curious as I have never heard of this reward fund, it's very interesting.
