Hi,
Just a heads up, but svn trunk currently breaks "make install". It's
not installing many of the new Futon resources.
The patch below seems to fix things but there may be a few other
missing resources I haven't encountered yet.

p.s. As pretty as the new JS dialogs are, definitely an improvement
over the standard browser dialogs, they really do slow things down a
lot :(.
