CouchDB has moved away from Google and to the Apache Software Foundation. See http://couchdb.org/ for new links to our bug tracker and documentation. 0.7.2 is a pretty old release and we'd like to advise that you try the trunk version from our SVN repository instead. Cheers Jan --
