Cliff; That throttle quadrant was first used around serial # 4450. One important piece is missing. There is a rod that extends from the quadrant, which was mounted in the bottom center of the instrument panel, over to the left side of the panel. There is a curved piece on the end of the rod that converts the circular motion into fore and aft motion in order to move the trim cable.
