Ken: I just took one back to the prop shop because it was 1/8 inch out of track and vibrated too much. They said they were allowed 3/16 inch out of track, but would always try to do better. It turns out that the prop was out of balance too. I suspect that is what caused the vibration. If yours does not cause any vibration, it is OK.
