I feel for the poor co-pilot.
A few weeks back I was in Ron Burkes Cherokee and I heard a voice
saying something like Shady Acres Traffic XXXX is at 1500 feet over the
north
end of the runway Shady Acres!
I hollered at Ron "Watch Out!!! There's another aircraft right at our
position
and altitude!!!" I started frantically looking for the other aircraft.
Ron answered something like "Yeah I know that's us"
His voice sounded different when he was transmitting versus the
intercom. <G>
