Med every two years is a real pain in the butt. If a glider pilot needs no
Med why should I? Just because our A/C has a bit more weight? I should not
need the Med? When I lost a prop. The A/C weight only changed a little.
This would open up our Coupe to more people who want to fly. In Dollars
and Cents. Why would that bring down Ercoupe values? :) Warren

They key feature for those of us who already have
private pilot certs is that we could continue to fly
our Ercoupes after no longer qualifying for a 3rd
class medical. Medical requirement for sport pilot is
ability to qualify for a state drivers license.
