I'm not an RC'er, but from what it looks like these are used as
winglevelers. How they work I'm
not sure except it looks like they tie into the servos to counter act the
effect the wind forces
have on the planes. I don't think they have much application to real
planes. But I could be
wrong.

how a piezo electric device can act as a gyroscope and whether they could
