I am putting a new Garmin GTX-320 Transponder into my coupe. My plane
never had a transponder before so it looks like I need to do some extra
paperwork. Does anyone have suggestions to what I need to have done as
far as the paperwork goes. Do I need to have the feds come out before I
begin or can I have my mechanic install it and then have it signed off at
an avionics shop.
