   Dick, No the aircraft can’t be move. Who ever what are they going to do. Bob Caspany got told after the fact you can’t do that. But if it is done, OH Well.

A friend just
had a mishap with his plane and while he has insurance, has not yet reported
the incident.  It seems to me there is a report one can file with the NTSB
or someone that once done, prohibits the FAA from messing with you. 
Anyone know what that is?
