I'm trying to imagine someone, dumb enough to do something this stupid, being level headed enough to sit, calmly, in a lawn chair for 14 hours, AT 16,000FT without either having a heart attack or losing ones cool and falling out. Besides, unless you're used to high altitudes, wouldn't that much time at that altitude cause some breathing problems? Still sounds like one of those urban legend things to me.
