What I find frustrating about ACS is that, in using their otherwise very nice web site, they don't calculate shipping costs up front. So you can't factor shipping costs into your decision to buy there or locally. And with coatings and lubricants, the HAZMAT shipping charge can be significant. Now as one who develops e-commerce sites for a living, I know that this calculation can be tricky. But I also know that it can be done and I think it's not too cool to present people with surprise charges.
