I have one in my 415-D, but often my head is in the way of it's beam.
I recently purchased two
"mike-lights." They attach to the microphone boom on your headset and
shine just where you are
looking. I think they are great. I got two so I would have one on each
of my headsets. You can get
them from

and from some
other sources.
