I have a 16 x 28 cabin with a 8 x 28 porch, wood siding in and out, tin roof on 5 wooded acres overlooking the Jackson Co Airport and Cumberland lake in Gainsboro, TN. Gainsboro is about 50 mi's east of "The Nashville" and about 20 mi's north of Cookeville, TN. This is a very nice area of TN, lots of big lakes, rivers, hills and woods. When you land at Jackson Co. airport, park on the ramp and look west and up 100', you will see the cabin on the side of the hill if the leafs are not full. The driveway to the cabin is just south of the road to the airport. The cabin is only about 600' west of the center of the ramp. You can see the inside of the cabin from the windows off the porch. The cabin sits about in the middle of the 5 acres. Size of 5 acres is about 300' at the road x about 600' deep x about 400' at the rear. City water and eletric are at the road. Jackson Co. airport is one of the prettiest airports in the country. You'll know what I mean when you land there. Cumberland lake is more the size of a big river next to the airport, but is over 60 mi's long and gets bigger as you go south. Check it out and get back to me. Value of Cabin and 5 acres is $39,000.
