It doesn't have a restaurant, it doesn't have an FBO, it doesn't have fuel and I think the airport manager duties are spread out among the seagulls. I'm talking about Copalis State (S16) on the Pacific Ocean about 15 miles N of Ocean Shores, WA. A few of us went there this weekend and found it very hard to leave. This is one of those out-of-the-way places that is simply breathtaking and is worth the extra preparation.
