Question: Why, when doing something good (like the Sport Pilot rating), does government (in this case, the FAA) take FOREVER? Yet, when doing bad (like raising taxes), thing seem to happen overnight. Is it the "kids a Christmas" syndrome or one of Murphy's laws? i.e. The speed at which congress will pass a law is directly proportional to the number of people adversly affected by said law. That is, the more lives ruined, the faster congress acts.
