Larry:
As per "Type Certificate A-787" the maximum RPM for the C-85 is
2575. As to the static RPM limits it will depend on the specific blade
type that you have and the pitch that it has been set to.
If you will look at pages 6 & 7 of the type cert. it spells out the
limits for each prop allowed.
