Bega-Rodriguez,

Please know -- I am not an expert on this.

The law in Argentina may be different from the United States of America.

In the U.S., the FAA _WILL_NOT_ let you take a "certificated" airplane
into experimental on a permanent basis. A certificated plane is a model
which has been given a CAA or FAA "type certificate." You can make a
"certificated" plane into "experimental" for a short time during testing
of a specific part
1. under FAA supervision and
2. with very restrictive flying rules.

Then, IF the testing shows the FAA that you've done well enough, you MUST
remove the experimental category and you will have a one-time (or general)
Supplemental Type Certificate (STC).

For a permanently experimental plane, you must build it, doing 51% of the
work yourself. That might mean fabricating 51% of the parts. I would NOT
try that with a certificated plane - I would rather build one of the
_modern_ KIT planes.

Good luck.
