I have said many times that this is not true. There was a service 
bulletin in the 1950's "requiring" the removal of the unspinnable 
placard and "requiring" the installation of a standard placard saying 
that intentional spins were prohibited.  Well, requiring it as much as a 
SB could.  I had the bulletin in the records for my old plane and it was 
very clear on the subject.  The rudder-pedal equipped 415C Ercoupe is 
really a bastard that should be converted back to normal.  GW
