It seems like the Class B restriction is a tough nut to crack. Note that Phil Boyer has now resorted to a direct appeal to the President ( www.aopa.org ) as of yesterday. I really fear the next step is going to be the AOPA asking a Federal judge for an order to show cause as to why these aircraft have been, in effect, confiscated. After that, the AOPA will be back in an adversarial role. In our area, (NY) Teterboro and Linden are being held hostage by the NSC. That's a lot of seized property.
