The clearest loophole is the ability to fly out with a CFI, and part of
me says we should be organizing carpool 'shuttles' for CFIs to take a
pilot out to the nearest landing area out of the Class B's and
driving them back to 'rescue' another pilot and his or her plane.

HOWEVER, I also think that nothing should remove the energy
and vigor with which we pursue a return to normalcy... ...that
is, the ability to fly under the Class B veils, VFR, and the
ability to seek VFR clearances to transition Class B airspace.
Also, shrinkage or removal of the TFR areas around the New York,
DC, and Boston areas.

I think it would be a mistake to sit down now, and/or to get out
of the Feds' faces on this one. DON'T LET THEM USED TO HAVING
US OUT OF THEIR WAY!
