Though this has probably been mentioned, after reading the new regulations
one doesn't have to remain imprisoned under the new enhanced class "B."
Here are a few suggestions to either fly your airplane around inside or
out from under class "B"; 

1. Have your favorite instructor "supervise" you as you progress and
practice for your commercial, or instructors rating? The word "Supervise"
isn't defined so have him give you his blessing to go practice maneuvers.
He doesn't have to sign your logbook for you to practice. 
2. Do a post maintenance flight? Adjust that compass or fill the tires
with air. Have to check if they are properly inflated, then go fly and
check them out. 
If you are unsure about these interpretations call 1-800-WX-BRIEF. If they
are anything like the various FISDO offices then each will have a
different interpretations.
