You're right Wayne. Every area of the country has food specialties so why not capitalize on that? I know that when I travelled (drove) to Louisiana, all the way across I-10, I was thinking about shrimp etoufee (sp?), boudin, catfish, jambalaya, pralines, pecan pie, coffee with chicory, etc. Wow, all this talk is making me so hungry. Is it Thanksgiving yet?
