For those of you who do not have access to the news media or who haven't paid attention to the news let me offer this best guess, don't look for the restrictions on the ECB to go away anytime soon. There are 2 confirmed cases of Anthrax in Florida, the first case being fatal. These were both acquired through the respiratory system or quite simply inhaled. This form does not exist naturally in nature. It is clear that either something got away form someone or it was a poorly designed distribution system. One of the hijackers took his flight training just a few miles from these cases. He had also inquired about taking crop dusting instruction. Given these facts and the fact that even GWB has expressed that he 100% certain ben Laden's people will strike back again in the US and that CAP flights were ordered over all major sporting events on Sunday and it appears that CAP flights are on going over all ECB airspace I think it is unlikely we are going flying again anytime soon in ECB.
