Vern,

Here is a little program I found a couple years ago. It's a free download
called Virtual E6B.
It's a zipped file so you'll need WinZip to load it.

 http://ch47.org/downloads.htm

Click on the "Virtual E6B" hyper link than save it to a file on your hard
drive. (I created a
folder called "Flight Computer" to put it in.) Then go to the folder
through Explorer and
click on the Zip file. Extract the program, then run set-up.

As a bonus, here is another program I found. It's a flight planning
program called NavCalc.
It's only $20.00 (Unless you're a part 135 pilot you won't need NavCalc
Pro. It figures cost
as well.) and I've found it to be the easiest flight planning software out
there.

I have a small problem that I hope someone on the list can help me with. I
an doing some studying and need to do some wind problems that I would use
the wind side of an E6B style flight computer for. The problem is that I
do
not have an E6B with me and wondered if anyone knows of any software that
can be downloaded that will do the wind problems I would be grateful to
hear where it can be found. Thanks

Best regards,
Vern
