I found a very interesting homebuilt on the site of http://www.wingco.com. it's called an Atlantica and is designed by one of the developers of the Velocity. A 220 knot 4 seater with a 54 inch bench seat in the rear. Ballistic chute and a reputed quick-build time of 200-600 hours. I think I just found my retirement project! By the time I retire, they'll have all the bugs worked out. Of course by then there should be other interesting designs out there.
