Hi all, as you know it's raining outside. Hopefully everyone has a water resistant canopy cover- by design the Ercoupe allows water to pass down the sides of the windows where it collects in the belly and exits out through the drain holes.
A good canopy cover will not allow water into the fuselage at all. This is important if our belly skins are to last. Also make sure that the drain holes are open! Dont wait until your annual, get a creeper and get under there and see that the holes are open and drain freely. Also, after washing the airplane I have found that if I push the tail down and hold it there I get an additional pint of water or so. Good 'couping to all, jan zanutto N87204 __________________________________________________________________________ ______ To unsubscribe from this list please send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] _____________________________________________________________ Check out the new and improved Topica site! http://www.topica.com/t/13
