NEVER had a bounce Gene. Where are you getting your statistics on this? Prove please, I've seen no evidence to support your claim. I'll agree with you that the Alon is a better Aircraft that 415s in the areas you mentioned to Bob C. How ever it is Twenty years newer. And a lot of what you say is easy to do to the Ercoupe. One thing else I want you to back up is the commit about the Alon's wings. Other than Zinc Chromated spar cap it is the same wing. How is it better? If the wing is metal covered Ercoupe is the same as Alons. Only the Ercoupe rib have the turned up flange witch would tend to be stronger. Again it is twenty years older. My body is twenty years older and worse for the wear. That is just life. Talk is cheap lets see your back up.
