The initials N.W. generally refers to the North Western portion of the United States. This would be the upper right hand portion of a map of the United States, if held so that the direction north was up. Some of the included states would be Washington, Oregon, Nevada and Idaho. Port Townsand, and Elma are cities located in this region. They have airport with eating establishments nearby.
